Elevated posterior tibial slope increased risk for revision ACL failure
An elevated or "steep" posterior tibial slope, confirmed with imaging, increased the graft re-rupture risk in patients undergoing revision ACL reconstruction, according to an orthopedic sports medicine specialist.
